About the 2008 Parade of Homes
Welcome to our 53rd annual Parade of Homes. I want to personally thank all sponsors, participants and committees who have worked so hard to make this a truly successful and anticipated event in the Greater Birmingham area.
This event has been nationally recognized as an award-winning event hosting thousands of visitors who search for the latest in innovative building and decorating trends. The Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders (GBAHB) is comprised of developers, general and specialty contractors, suppliers and associates. Our members and their dedication make each and every Parade of Homes a special event. This year’s event will canvass homes from the Greater Birmingham Area to St. Clair County.
Homes will range from 1,000 – to over 7,000 square feet, ensuring that there is a home for everyone. Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking for luxury in a move-up, someone scaling down, or if you are looking for a remodeling contractor, this event will provide something for everyone. Special events and products are featured throughout the Parade. The homes exhibit the professionalism, authenticity and unsurpassed standards of the GBAHB Builders. In addition to your average family homes displaying the latest in technology, you will find homes equipped for an aging family’s needs, as well as homes built to profit local charities.

Saturdays from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sundays from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
If you would like to view a home at a different time, please contact the individual builder and make an appointment.
